Sleep Tips -
1) Sleep talk – Talk about your dreams often. Tell yourself you will remember your dreams.
2) Get Sleep – Get 6 or 7 hours a night to get into the deeper stage of REM. Try lower your caffeine, chocolate intake and avoid going to bed stressed to help you sleep better.
3) Write your dreams down – Keep a dream journal by your bed with a pen or pencil. Write down your dreams – everything you can remember. Write down the dreams in free flowing thoughts. Keep in mind the players (who) in the dream, what happened, where it was, when, why do you think you had the dream, and how did you feel?
4) Wake up – If you are still having trouble remembering your dreams, then you may need to take more drastic mesures – like planning to wake up in the middle of the night (like 3 or 4 am). You can drink a big glass of water or caffeine free tea right before bed and your body will wake you up to go to the bathroom.
5) Read your dreams – Look at what you wrote down later in the day and you’ll be suprrised as to how much you’ve forgotten.
